UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This toy was
designed to meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM F 963-03 "Standard
Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety" (ASTM stands for the American
Society for Testing Materials). However, with safety there is no substitute
for proper adult supervision, guidance, common sense, and protective gear
(particularly a helmet). Children quickly learn to stabilize and balance
because their feet are on the ground or just above the surface.
